Back River Road Residency Retreat is proud to announce that Pamela Council will be our inaugural artist-in-residence this year. In 2020, Council was awarded a Harpo Foundation Grant for Visual Artists in recognition of their exceptional work which utilizes humor to promote new modes of thinking about materials, institutions, and the construction of histories. We look forward to further supporting Council’s work and process in South Royalton this summer.
